Founder
Navneet's journey into healthcare began not with a medical degree, but with curiosity about how the system truly works. Across roles at Teleperformance, Personiv, and Glamyo Health, he built a deep understanding of insurance, patient behavior, and healthcare operations—eventually leading the urology, general, cosmetic and many other surgery categories at Glamyo, where he witnessed firsthand the mistrust and lack of transparency patients face.
A leadership role at Maskow Nutrition sharpened his instincts for ownership and execution. These experiences converged into one conviction: surgery shouldn't be an uncertain journey. Today, as founder of Surgi Solution, Navneet heads sales and operations part while driving the company's overall business strategy to make patients' journeys easier.

Sarang is the Co-Founder of Surgi Solution, a healthcare aggregation platform built to simplify how patients discover, evaluate, and access surgical care. Holding an MBA in Marketing and a PGPM in Marketing and Operations, Sarang brings a strong foundation in brand strategy, market positioning, and operational efficiency to the healthcare space.
At SurgiSolution, Sarang heads the marketing function and is involved with business strategy, driving brand growth, market expansion, and partnerships that align with the company's mission of making quality surgical care easier to find and access.
