Shipping Policy

SurgiSolution.com customers may choose shipping options at the time of purchase on SurgiSolution.com. As a limited time offer , Surgi Solution offers Free UPS ground shipping for all product purchases except custom trays. Please contact our sales team for discounted shipping for any custom tray orders. Customers will be advised about the estimated shipping delivery timeline. This "Free Shipping" offer may end at any time as deemed necessary by the company. Customers may choose to get expedited delivery and will be liable for all charges in making expedited shipping choice.

Surgi Solution will ensure the best effort to source products on time for customers ,however in some situations due to product unavailability or backorder situation product delivery might take up to 1 to 3 weeks. Surgi Solution will ensure customer is informed about any such delays.  Customers may choose to cancel the order due to delayed availabilty within 24 hours of order confirmation email.

Please note that Not all products are eligible for free shipping due to various reasons, including items that are drop shipped, some special order products and products from select manufacturers. Liquid and hazmat materials are subject to extra charges.

Other charges will apply for expedited shipping, oversized items, and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

SurgiSolution.com partners with UPS® for most of its small package shipment services. Expedited shipping deliveries timeframes are best estimates based on typical shipments and are not guaranteed. SurgiSolution.com is not liable for any packages not delivered within the specified timeframe resulting from unforeseen carrier delays, as it has no control over the carrier’s logistics. Customers may log in to their account to view tracking information and obtain the latest updates on their shipment delivery. Alternatively, they may call UPS Customer Service.

Orders requiring expedited shipping must be placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time in order to be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed for shipment the same day. Placing an order before 2:00 p.m. does not guarantee the shipment will be ready to ship the same day. Customers placing orders with expedited shipping may be notified via phone or email if their orders are unable to ship the same day for any reason, including backorder delay.

All goods are inspected and packaged carefully by SurgiSolution.com team prior to shipping. If the merchandise arrives in a damaged condition, please notify SurgiSolution.com team within 7 days of product receipt so that we may rectify the situation in a timely fashion. When signing for receipt of goods, all visible damage must be indicated on the carrier delivery receipt so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.

SurgiSolution.com prides itself on maintaining an extensive inventory at its domestic warehouses. However, a variety of circumstances may delay product delivery, and SurgiSolution.com assumes no responsibility or liability for unforeseen delays in making delivery. Our company reserves the right to make partial shipments on an order and invoice a customer for the portion shipped. Customers will always be notified of extended backorder delays affecting their order.

Dental Products

Surgi Solution Partners sells dental products through "surgisolution.com". We can only sell to licensed dentist and Health Care professionals who have an established business account with us. We may ask the professional license issued in USA by accredited authorities on order checkout. Surgi Solution Partners will keep the professional license provided by the purchasing entity on file, which may be used in future for verification or be made available for any government sales audit.

Return Policy

Surgi Solutions is committed to accommodate the returns for whatever reason in a quick and convenient way. Customers may choose to return the unused merchandise items within 30 days of receiving the delivery. Merchandise credits and refunds will be issued for the original purchase price per invoice once the item(s) are received and processed.

Please note that the merchandise must be unused and in 100% restock able condition, in its original packaging, with all applicable components included. Items that have been opened or damaged, or show visible signs of use, may be denied a refund. Surgi Solutions reserves the right to deny return requests at our discretion. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges incured for return and refund situation.

Note: Please contact our sales team before returning any items. Original shipping fees are not refundable. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Used or Processed items
  • Special/Custom order items
  • Items with expiration dates (i.e. diabetic test strips, sterile wipes)

Refund Policy

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of invoice price. Average processing time to refund your payment depends on your payment method (Credit Card: 3 to 5 business days, Check: 10 to 14 business days, PayPal: 3 to 5 business days). Shipping charges will be incurred to accommodate any returns.

Customer Accounts

SurgiSolution.com may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use the website. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of these stated policies. Customers are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you.

Custom Tray orders placed by customers on SurgiSolution.com website will be fulfilled in collaboration with our strategic partner. SurgiSolution.com will make all efforts to meet customer expectations on delivery commitments and quality. However the liability of any delay will not be responsibility of SurgiSolution.com. SurgiSolution.com or its affiliates will not be held responsible for any delays or damages for custom trays orders.

Errors on SurgiSolution.com

SurgiSolution.com will correct any errors on the website where discovered. SurgiSolution.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SurgiSolution.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SurgiSolution.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge
